Each edition is expertly crafted using a unique blend of whiskeys to create an individualistic and exceptional tasting profile. Released in August 2021, Chapter 5 boasts a barrel strength of 116.8 proof and is composed of a blend of 2, 5, and 15 year old bourbon, as well as 3 year old malted rye. This NAS bourbon is finished in new charred oak casks and features a mash bill containing undisclosed amounts of corn, rye, malted rye, and malted barley. The nose reveals bright notes of caramelized hay, graham, honey, and roasted nuts, while the palate features flavors of copper pennies, herbs, leather, oak, and vanilla.
