This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, known as Rowan's Creek, undergoes a twelve-year aging process in charred American oak casks. It received a Wine Enthusiast score of 93 points and has a complex aroma of spice, caramel, vanilla, and dried pears. On the palate, it offers notes of cinnamon, oak, charred wood, chili peppers, baking spices, and dates. The finish is smooth and layered, with a warming hint of vanilla. This bourbon has won the Gold Medal twice at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and also received a 92-point score from Whisky Advocate.
